Energy Efficiency in Industrial Sector
The workshop session is meant to give a background knowledge on ISO 50001, increased efficiency in the use of energy and resources, and reduction in waste outputs. Furthermore, the workshop focused in understanding how to create a significant correlation between energy consumption and the related variables that affect consumption such as production and weather.
Dr. Hasnaa Hatem
Dr. Hasnaa Hatem is an Energy Management System Instructor/consultant. She has over twenty years of experience covering various sectors. She has more than 9 years of experience providing consultancy and coaching on implementing energy management systems (EnMS) for public and private sectors accomplishing great improvements in energy efficiency. Dr. Hasnaa holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Master degree, and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Ain Shams University. She is certified as a National expert by United Nations Industrial Development Organization “UNIDO” and International Standardization Organization academy “ISO Academy”.
